14th Amendment Birthright Citizenship
Last week I was in Minnesota as a speaker at the 8th Circuit Judicial Conference, along with Judge Morris Arnold, on the topic of my biography of Judge Richard Arnold. While I was there, I had the opportunity to appear on Minnesota Public Radio for a discussion of birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution.
